Highest-Paying Online Slots in the USA: RTP and Top Prizes

What Online Slot Game Pays Out the Most in the USA? There’s no single slot guaranteed to pay the most: results vary with every spin, and “best-paying” can mean either the highest long-term return or the biggest possible jackpot. For the highest reported return to player (RTP), Mega Joker leads the cited comparisons at up to 99% in Supermeter mode. RTP is a long-term theoretical average—not a promise that you’ll get back 99% of your money in a session.
